BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — An M&T Bank employee at its corporate office at M&T Plaza in Buffalo has tested positive for coronavirus.
According to M&T Bank, the employee traveled out of state and began experiencing flu-like symptoms, earlier this month.
The employee decided to self-quarantine, and is recovering at home, and did not return to work after traveling.
The bank said the employee is not one who faces customers on a daily basis; and the bank disinfected potentially impacted areas with Clorox 360 electrostatic disinfectant spray out of an abundance of caution.
The M&T Bank remains open.
