The name of the man who died after crashing his truck into the Lind Funeral Home in Jamestown has been released.
This picture from 106.9 FM's Ryan Hedrick shows the accident, which happened on West 3rd Street around 10:30 a.m. on Monday.
Police say 83-year-old Robert Woodmancy of Randolph was driving west in his pickup truck and collided with an eastbound vehicle just east of Hall Avenue. His truck continued forward, hitting the north side of the funeral home.
Three people inside the funeral home, a 47-year-old man, a 72-year-old man and a 70-year-old woman, were taken to the hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. The 60-year-old driver of the vehicle that was hit by the pickup truck declined treatment.
Police say it appears Woodmancy had a medical issue and passed away as a result of that issue before crashing.
The names of the other victims in this case have not been released.
