State Police stopped to help a possible disabled motorcycle on I-90 near Exit 54 on Thursday.
Police tell us the driver of the motorcycle, Bernard F. Graves, Jr., 56, was found to be intoxicated.
Graves was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated.
He will be back in court on August 5th.
