The Amherst Police Department is still investigating a case that happened on September 8th.
On that Monday around 9:30 p.m., Amherst Police responded to a motorcycle accident on Main Street.
Justin Clukey of Williamsville, was driving his motorcycle southbound on Forest Road when he collided with a 17-year-old woman riding a bicycle.
The young woman was taken to ECMC with serious injuries.
No charges have been filed.
