Mother and Son arrested for robbing OP Mighty Taco

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WKBW) - A mother and son face robbery charges after Orchard Park Police responded to a strong-armed robbery call at Mighty Taco just before 2 p.m. Sunday. 

Police say an employee reported Ryan Loos, 30 of Oak Street in Manilla came in with a gun and demanded money from the drawer. He then left on foot with an undetermined amount of cash. 

He got into a white van that exited the parking lot, according to officials. The driver of the van was his mother, Pamela Loos, 56 of the same address.

Both are charged with Robbery in the 1st and 2nd-degree, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th degree and Conspiracy in the 4th degree. 

Ryan additionally faced a charge of Menacing in the 2nd degree. 

They were arraigned in Orchard Park Town Court. A future court date has not been set yet.
