The mother of two boys assaulted at a church outside of Syracuse is now admitting to her role in the deadly attack.
Deborah Leonard tearfully pleaded guilty in court Wednesday. She says she used an extension cord to beat and whip both of her sons, Lucas and Christopher, during a 14-hour counseling session at the World of Life Church.
Nineteen-year-old Lucas was killed. Christopher was hurt.
Leonard now faces up to five years in jail.
The boys' father is also charged with second degree murder.
