UPDATE: Lancaster police say Marion Schiefer has been found safe.
ORIGINAL STORY: Lancaster Police are asking for your help finding this missing woman - Marion Schiefer.
She is 85 years old, five feet tall, and thin with white hair. Schiefer, who suffers from Alzheimer's, left her house in the William/Bowen area some time overnight, according to police.
