More than 10 acres of land sits unused near Veterans Park in the City of Tonawanda, making Little League Drive desirable land for three local developers.

A reportin the North Tonawanda Sun highlights the plans of each developer. David Homes, Brownstone Homes and Sinatra and Company Realty have plans to build housing on the property.

David Homes specializes in villa-style housing, Sinatra has a niche for mixed-use space and Brownstone is looking to build two-story type homes.

Each developer will be at City Hall Tuesday night at 6:30 to lay out a full detailed report of their plans and to answer questions.
