The Lewiston Police Department's newest police officer is 14-months-old, and ready to prove himself. The department welcomed K-9 Officer Shadow to the force.
Shadow was purchased with help of a donation from Canidae Pet Food. Homeland Security also helped the department with the purchase and training of the K-9. Shadow was born in the Czech Republic, and Office Stafford will be his partner.
