Is it love at first sight, or love at first click?

In the search for true love, online dating can be a struggle.

But according to local matchmakers, Therese Forton and Lisa Brydges, love doesn't have to be a battlefield.

"There's no swiping right or swiping left," says the women. "It's all the old fashioned way. A lot of people are saying it is."

The relationship gurus recently launched Matchmaking2ATee, a private and personal off-line matchmaking service.

"We're more about quality than quantity," says Forton. "We're not trying to get you twenty dates a month. We're trying to get you quality dates that could potentially turn into a relationship."

It's simple, all you have to do is log onto their website and fill out the online form.  Anyone over the age of 21 can join as a social member for free.

"It's all just for our viewing", says Forton. "Nobody will be seeing your profile. Until you give us approval. Until we find you a match."

If you would like more one-on-one matchmaking attention, upgrade your membership.  That's when Therese and Lisa put their skills to the test.

"We really like to get down in the nitty-gritty and try to figure out who that person is. What they are really looking for and then we'll get a good feel for it," says Forton.
