Marion man arraigned on multiple charges in Town of Bergen

A Marion man faces multiple charges following a traffic stop on Route 33 on June 24. 

Douglas Tallent, 36, was arrested for a felony DWI in the Town of Bergen, according to police. 

He was also charged with driving with a suspended registration, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle. 

Genesee County Sheriff's Office says Tallent has a previous conviction for a DWI. 

He was arraigned in Bergen Town Court before he was taken to Genesee County Jail without bail.
