Thanks to the help of the public, a stolen bike has been located for one Village of Hamburg man.
What's so special about this bike, is it's the only mode of transportation for 63-year-old Joe Herron, who doesn't own a car.
Herron tells 7 Eyewitness News his bike was taken Monday night when he was inside a Hamburg Buffalo Street bar.
"I'm lost without it," he said.
Many Western New Yorkers have been offering to donate Joe a new bike. Ultimately, his friend endded up buying him a new one.
Late Tuesday evening, Village of Hamburg Police posted a photo to Facebook thanking the public, saying the bike has been found.
