A Honeoye man is facing felony DWI charges after police say he was driving drunk with a license that was already suspended from a previous DWI.
The Livingston County Sheriff's Office says a deputy pulled over 42-year-old Eric Bures on New Year's Day for a vehicle and traffic violation on Richmond Mills Road in the Town of Livonia.
Bures was arrested for Felony Aggravated DWI and a number of other charges. He was given a breath test, and police say he was driving with a .18% BAC. The Sheriff's Office says Bures had been convicted of a previous DWI within the past 10 years, and that he was driving with a suspended driver's license.
Bures was arraigned in Livonia Town Court January 2nd.
