TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WKBW) - A Tonawanda man was arrested was arrested early Monday morning after breaking into his girlfriend's apartment and violating an order of protection.
Officials say Michael Brock, 24, kicked in a back door of the apartment on Gibson Street in the City of Tonawanda around 4:15 a.m.
Tonawanda Police report that Brock began yelling at a woman and threatened her, while two young children were in the apartment.
The woman was able to call 911 and Brock was caught by officers on the complex grounds, according to police.
Police also say Brock had a pipe with cocaine.
Officilas report Brock was charged with burglary, criminal contempt, endangering the welfare of a child, menacing, criminal mischief, and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
