An accused drug dealer pleaded not guilty to a murder charge Tuesday after allegedly shooting a man in October.
The District Attorney's Office says Daryl Bland, 22, is charged with second degree murder, criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.
According to reports, the indictment alleges that Bland fatally shot 31-year-old Dustin Sharp. Officials also say he had been selling heroin out of a residence in the Village of Gowanda.
Bland is being held without bail for his charges and faces a maximum of 25 years to life in prison, according to officials.
