The man accused of keeping an Olean woman in his apartment for a month was arraigned Tuesday morning on kidnapping charges.
Olean Police say Francis O'Donnell has more charges pending.
According to officers, O'Donnell dropped Karen Peer off at Olean General Hospital Monday at 8:30 a.m.
The hospital called police who started an investigation based on Peer's testimony.
Police say Peer is still recovering in the hospital.
O'Donnell is being held on $15,000 cash bail/$30,000 bond.
Police say Peer told them O'Donnell offered her a ride in his car on January 12 and she accepted because it was cold outside.
