The man accused of keeping an Olean woman in his apartment for a monthwas arraigned Tuesday morning on kidnapping charges.
Olean Police say Francis O'Donnell has more charges pending.
According to officers, O'Donnell dropped Karen Peer off at Olean General Hospital Monday at 8:30 a.m.
The hospital called police who started an investigation based on Peer's testimony.
Police say Peer is still recovering in the hospital.
O'Donnell is being held on $15,000 cash bail/$30,000 bond.
Police say Peer told them O'Donnell offered her a ride in his car on January 12 and she accepted because it was cold outside.
