A Buffalo man who posed as a member of Kevin Hart's entourage has been sentenced to three and one-half years to seven years in prison for using stolen credit card numbers.
Leland Burks, 56, pleaded guilty to identity theft and scheme to defraud in September.
District Attorney Michael Flaherty says Burks used stolen credit card numbers to buy Tickets to the Kevin Hart performance at the First Niagara Center on April 17, 2015.
Around the same time Burks posed as a member of Kevin Hart's entourage and booked hotel rooms in Buffalo with stolen credit card numbers, according to officials.
The District Attorney's Office says Burkes received $12,710.20 in fraudulently obtained goods and services.
