Depew Police are investigating an ATV accident that put one man in the hospital.
The Depew Fire Department responded to the accident in the woods off Walden Avenue near Bissell. Firefighters say the had to extricate the driver of the ATV, after he got pinned under the ATV in a ditch full of water.
The driver was transported by Lancaster Ambulance to the hospital.
