Friday morning around 9:30 a.m., Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies observed a wanted subject driving on Beaujean Road in the Town of Chautauqua.
Authorities report, Michael Hannold, 41 was wanted for violation of parole, as well as a misdemeanor arrest warrant from State Police. When deputies attempted to stop Hannold, he fled.
Deputies began pursuit of the vehicle, where speeds reached about 100 mph. He then pulled into a driveway and fled on foot, according to officials.
Following a foot pursuit, Hannold was taken into custody. He now faces multiple charges including unlawfully fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle 3rd, aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd, and reckless driving.
He'll appear in Town of Chautauqua Court on the new charges and is in the County Jail with no bail.
