Police say a man in the City of Tonawanda stole from a family member to buy drugs.
City of Tonawanda Police say Raymond Mang, 28, stole a debit card and made unauthorized withdraws in order to buy crack cocaine.
Officers arrested Mang on Sunday and charged him with grand larceny and criminal possession of a controlled substance. The debit card was stolen over the weekend.
"I have a cocaine problem and used the money to purchase crack cocaine," Mang told officers.
Officers say they also found a crack pipe with cocaine.
