A Delevan man faces up to seven years in prison after pleading guilty to vehicular manslaughter Wednesday.

Erie County District Attorney John Flynn says on July 6, 2016, Robert Sutherland, 22, was speeding on Route 39 in the Town of Sardinia while high on marijuana. Officials say he crossed the center line and hit 22-year-old Sam Pagano, killing him. Pagano was surveying the road.
