Buffalo Police say a 31-year-old man was shot in the 3000 block on Main Street near Minnesota Avenue.
It happened early Saturday morning right outside of the front door of Jim's Steakout. Police say it appears the victim was targeted by the shooter.
The victim is in critical condition at ECMC.
No arrests have been made.
