Police in Cheektowaga are hunting for a gunman on the run.
Police say a man was shot in the hand after being approached outside a home on Pine Ridge Road around 8 o'clock Monday evening.
Officers say the man drove himself to St. Joseph hospital; the shooter took off in a light colored car.
Anyone with information is asked to call Cheektowaga Police.
