A Rochester man is facing second-degree murder charges after police say he shot and killed another Rochester man at a girls basketball game in West Seneca.

Detectives say Andre Lewis, 39, shot 54 year-old Robert Echols multiple times Saturday night in the entrance to the Niagara Frontier Sports Complex on Meyer Road. An AAU basketball tournament game had just wrapped up.

Investigators say the homicide was domestic related.
