Buffalo Police say a man was shot just before 6:30 p.m. Monday.
According to police, the 21-year-old victim was shot near East Delavan and Humboldt.
Officers say he was taken to Erie County Medical Center, treated for a gunshot wound and released.
Police were called to ECMC to begin their investigation.
