A 25-year-old man is dead as a result of an early morning shooting on Rother Avenue in Buffalo's Broadway-Bailey neighborhood.
The call came in around 3 a.m.
The victim was taken by ambulances to Erie County Medical Center. Sources say he was declared dead at the hospital.
