A 31-year-old man was shot and killed near Buffalo State Tuesday afternoon.
The shooting happened on Letchworth Street at 3:40 p.m. Police say the man was transported to ECMC. He was later pronounced dead.
Detectives say the man was targeted. Police ask anyone with information regarding the shooting to call police.
