Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office reports three rounds from a long gun were shot directly at two subjects in the Town of Hanover.
Deputies say they were called to Angell Road for a report of gunshots when they found Randall Abbey, 36.
Officials say Abbey was charged with reckless endangerment, menacing, and discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a residence.
According to the Sheriff's Office, Abbey was arrested on a warrant out of the Town of Hanover Court and is being held in jail on $20,000 bail.
