New York State Police have arrested a Delevan man for shooting his neighbors car because he felt the radio was too loud.
Troopers say 44 year old Dennis Strader shot out the back window of his neighbors car with a rifle, because he complained the neighbor was constantly playing music too loud.
Strader was arrested in the Town of Machias just after 8 Thursday night, he's now locked up in the Cattaraugus County jail charged with criminal mischief.
