A Buffalo man is sentenced to 23 years with a five year post release supervision for fatally shooting a man last year.
Victor Irizarry, 44, was in court Wednesday morning after pleading guilty for the case involving the death of 28-year-old Nicholas Jozens on September 12, 2015.
