The Concord man who shot his fiance's daughters with a BB gun is headed to jail. An Erie County judge has ordered Steven Scroger to spend the next two years behind bars.
Scroger pleaded guilty to using the weapon on the children in February as a form of punishment. The 4- and 6-year-old girls had injuries on their legs, arms and torso from the BBs.
Scroger originally claimed the injuries were big bits when he took them to the doctor for treatment in February.
