Man sentenced for second degree murder after shooting a man on a street corner

A Buffalo man is sentenced to 25 years to life in prison for killing a man standing on a street corner.
Marquille Spencer, 20, shot 18-year-old Joseph Daniel while he was standing on the corner of Broadway and Woltz Avenue in Buffalo on October 26, 2015.
Spencer has been found guilty of second degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
