A former Kenmore Tonawanda School District technician was sentenced Wednesday to three years in prison for possession of child pornography.
Amherst resident Timothy Murphy, 50, had his home computer confiscated by law enforcement officers in October 2014 and a forensic examination determined that the computer contained approximately 123 images and one video of child pornography.
Some of the images depicted children under the age of 12 and violence.
