A Lancaster man is heading to prison for stealing a small fortune from a Christian store in Clarence.

State Supreme Court Justice Christopher Burns sentenced Richard Pascucci, 35, to spend four to eight years in prison and pay $100,000 restitution to Bender's Christian Store.

Pascucci, a former employee, embezzled $100,000 from the business between October 2013 and October 2015 by falsifying gift certificate records.

Pascucci has a history of theft. He was convicted of stealing money from two elderly clients while working as a financial adviser. He has also been convicted of filing a false state tax return.
