State Police say a 73-year-old woman was robbed coming out of the same place another elderly woman was robbedfrom the day before.
Police say the victim was leaving an establishment off Robinson Road in Lockport when Matthew Biles, 31, took the woman's purse and ran away.
According to officials, three young men saw the robbery, chased Biles down and restrained him until police arrived.
Investigators found Biles was the suspect in both robberies.
Police say he was arraigned in the Town of Lockport and is being held in the Niagara County Jail on $50,000 bail.
