A Buffalo man was indicted Monday morning on a murder charge after a deadly stabbing in September.
Erie County District Attorney John Flynn says Raquise Bryant, 28, is charged with second degree murder after allegedly stabbing 29-year-old Raheem Malone one time in the chest, causing his death.
DA Flynn says the incident happened about 10:30 p.m. on September 24, 2016 around 1780 Genesee Street in Buffalo.
The DA's Office says Bryant pleaded not guilty and is being held in jail without bail.
If convicted of the murder charge, Bryant faces a maximum sentence of 25 years to life in prison.
