A man in Bolivar is dead after an accident with his tractor.
State Police say Richard Gasbarre, 62, was operating his 1953 Ford Jubilee tractor while tilling his backyard. He backed over a break wall which caused the tractor to overturn and land on him.
Gasbarre was pronounced dead by the Allegany County Coroner.
