Orchard Park Police say a man turned himself in after he and a coworker got into a fight Monday morning.
The victim told police he was harassed by a coworker, Robert Wozniak, 58. He told police he put a chair between himself and Wozniak to avoid confrontation.
According to police, the victim asked Wozniak several times to calm down, stating he didn't want to fight.
Officers say Wozniak tried to punch the victim and the two got into a fight.
Police say Wozniak did end up hitting the victim and injured his eye, neck and shoulders.
Wozniak turned himself in and was charged with assault and criminal mischief.
Wozniak was arraigned and released. He will be back in court in March.
The victim was treated and will be evaluated further for his injuries.
