Man indicted on manslaughter charge, remains free on bail

An East Aurora man was arraigned Tuesday on an indictment charging him with with manslaughter and criminal possession of a firearm.

District Attorney John Flynn says Jake Klocek, 20, who was 19-years-old at the time of the incident, shot and killed 19-year-old Anthony King on November 6, 2016.

Klocek pleaded not guilty and remains free on $50,000 bail.

If convicted, he faces a maximum sentence of five to fifteen years in prison.
