Allen Witruke, 51, appeared in court Wednesday. He's charged with two counts of second degree murder in the stabbing deaths of his wife and stepson last week.
Catherine Witruke, 52 and Eric Washburn, 34, were both pronounced dead in the Barrows Street home they shared with Allen Witruke in Jamestown.
The suspect was in Jamestown City Court Wednesday for a preliminary hearing.
