A 28-year-old man is dead after being hit by a car Monday evening.
Police said the accident happened around 5:30 p.m. on Genesee Street near Wheaton Drive in Cheektowaga.
Police tell 7 Eyewitness News it does not appear any charges will be filed.
Accident investigators remained on the scene past 10 p.m.
