Amherst Police are investigating a crash that killed a man walking across the parking lot of Tops Markets on Main Street in Williamsville.
Police say Michael Boncore, 64, of Williamsville was hit by a Honda CRV shortly before 9:30 Monday night.
Boncore was taken to Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital, where he died.
The driver, a 23 year-old woman from Buffalo, is not facing charges at this time.
The crash remains under investigation.
