A man in the Town of Newfane was arrested after head-butting a victim during a domestic incident.
State Police say Glenn Fariss, 52, hit his victim in the left eye, causing swelling and bleeding.
Officers say Fariss was arrested for assault, arraigned in the Town of Newfane Court and released on a promise to appear back in court. He is scheduled for a reappearance in court at a later date.
