Man harasses former employer for money, tells deputies he won't stop

A Buffalo man was arrested after deputies say he continuously called and texted his employer for money.

Erie County Sheriff's Office says Carl Samuels, 47, contacted the victim asking for money. Samuels called the victim while being interviewed by a deputy.

Detective O'Hara advised Samuels not to contact the victim anymore, but Samuels said he wasn't going to stop.

Samuels was arrested after continuous calls and texts and charged with aggravated harassment.

Samuels was released from the Erie County Holding Center aster posting $1000 bond.
