An erratic driver nearly hit several highway construction workers in Mayville, causing a caller to complain to the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office on Wednesday.
After investigation, Larry Moore of Mayville was determined to be highly intoxicated and arrested for DWI. The Sheriff's Office found Moore had been convicted of felony DWI a month earlier.
Moore was also driving with a suspended driver's license, making this another felony arrest.
Moore appeared in the town of Chautauqua Court and committed to the Chautauqua County Jail on $15,000 cash bail.
