Buffalo Police have now identified the victim of a deadly shooting that happened Saturday evening at approximately 10:50 p.m.
Police say 22 year old James Mitchell was shot outside of 300 Weston Avenue. After the shooting, the man went inside a market on the corner, where he collapsed and died.
