Around 1:40 a.m. Saturday morning, City of Tonawanda officers arrested 33-year old Prince Phillips, of Meaford Road in Cheektowaga after they observed him driving on the wrong side of the road on Main Street.

Police say Phillips told them he was coming from the casino and had "over 5 drinks." His BAC was almost twice the legal limit.

He's charged with operating a vehicle over a .08, speeding, driving on the wrong side of the road and a felony DWI due to a previous DWI he received in Cheektowaga in 2012.

He was held on $500 bail.
