A Tonawanda man was arrested after police say he drove on a sidewalk.
According to the City of Tonawanda Police Department, Glen Shoupp, 52, passed through a red light at the intersection of Broad and Seymour.
Officer Erik Johanson pulled him over and says Shoupp drove off the road and stopped on the sidewalk during the traffic stop.
The officer says Shoupp showed signs of intoxication and said he "was drinking molson's for the last 7 hours."
Police say Shoupp blew a .20 BAC and had a baggie of marijuana in his coat pocket.
Shoupp was held on $250 bail.
