A man is dead after he went off a driveway and his vehicle overturned in a pond.
Deputies say Elias Ruela, Jr. of Little Valley was backing down the private driveway around 5:30 p.m. Friday in the Town of Napoli went he went off the road and into a pond. His vehicle overturned.
Ruela was pronounced dead at the scene.
The accident remains under investigation.
