A 74-year-old man has died after a fire at a home in Jamestown on Thursday.
Jamestown Police say Patrick Reilly was found inside the burning home on Carey Place and was taken to UPMC Chautauqua WCA for treatment. He later died from his injuries.
Investigators are still trying to determine the cause of the fire.
